Delivery, returns and discounts

Who you are buying from

Eish & Co is a trading name of Legacy Solutions Architecture, registration number 2024/686926/07.

Prices are charged in South African rand (ZAR). The rand total is shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion.

Delivery

Every price you see includes delivery to your door. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window. Eish & Co shirts, hoodies and mugs are printed to order once you have paid, so printing and delivery usually take about 14 to 28 days in total. Other items ship from supplier warehouses, often overseas, so delivery can take weeks. Estimates are not guarantees.

Delivery is free on large baskets. Heavy, bulky and oversize items are always charged for delivery, and that cost is shown before you pay.

We email tracking details as soon as the courier provides them.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (or 5 days for electronics), counted from when the courier marks the parcel delivered. Send clear photos, and a short video if photos do not show the problem. Damage to the outer box alone is not a fault.

If we confirm the problem, we refund or replace the item.

Parcel not arrived

Delivery windows are estimates. If your order has not arrived 60 days after you ordered, tell us and we will investigate. If it is lost, we resend or refund in full.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, you pay the cost of sending it again.

Changed your mind

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Please check the size, colour, option and description before you order.

The one exception is the 7-day cooling-off right that South African law gives online buyers (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, section 44). Write to support@legacyinc.co.za within 7 days of delivery, before sending anything back. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, you pay the cost of returning it (which can be more than the item when it comes from overseas), and once we receive and check it we refund what you paid within 30 days of your notice. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Basket discounts

The more you order, the more you save. The discount is a percentage of the listed price, worked out on your basket total before delivery.
