Products and prices

  • Product descriptions come from the product data we hold and are checked by a person before they appear. If an item is materially different from its description, the remedy in the Returns and refunds section applies.
  • Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The price shown for an item is what you pay for that item, including delivery within South Africa. Your basket shows the breakdown before you pay.
  • Prices and availability can change. If we cannot supply an item after you order, we cancel that item and refund you in full.

Discounts

  • Basket discounts are a percentage of the listed price, worked out on your basket total before delivery: 2% from R1 000, 3% from R2 000, 4% from R3 500, 5% from R5 000 and 6% from R10 000.
  • Coupons (also called vouchers) are a percentage off at checkout. One coupon can be used per order, each has an expiry date, and the total discount on an order is capped at 15%.
  • Delivery is free on large baskets. The threshold is shown in your basket.

Law

  • These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
